Fees

I offer 1 and 1.5 hour appointments. Inline with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors guidelines I charge:
$100 per hour for individuals
I am not currently taking on new couples.

To offer maximum flexibility I also offer telephone counselling. All counselling could be by phone, or we could include some telephone sessions in between face-to-face ones.

I accept cash and cheques and do not currently charge HST.

Getting costs covered
Your Extended Health Benefits package may cover some or all of the cost of counselling. Please consult with your workplace Human Resources Department or private insurance company to confirm coverage.

Receipts not submitted for insurance reimbursement may be tax deductible as medical expenses. Check with your accountant to confirm.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please try to give 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you give 24 hours’ notice. Thank you for understanding.
